The Great Evasion by Novacron The Great Evasion by Novacron
Every 5000 years, a planet of abundant life orbits near a nebulae of extreme power; A power so immense that once a celestial body is close enough, it emits an energy that empowers a being on that body's surface with elemental abilities of grave proportions. If steps are not taken to control these abilities, they can take control of that being without any hesitation.

Only one man has escaped this destruction to tell the tale.

This is the story of 'The Great Evasion'.

The Great Evasion by ~Novacron Fission1 says: "I like everything about this one! The sci-fi concept, composition, colors and detail are top notch. The star field isn't overdone, it complements the scene perfectly. I get the feeling I'm watching this happening! :D" ( Suggested by fission1 and Featured by Casperium )

I would love this as a story.
I absolutely love the elements and i write about them so often.
I might write a random chapter from this-story-in-my-head with your permission, and send it to you of course.

Damn...that sounds like a kickass book. If I weren't working on so many right now, I would definitely take that premise.
...with permission, of course.
